Justin Minick - CEO and Founder

Justin, a former CrossFit gym owner, shifted to marketing after discovering his passion for data-driven campaigns, now hosting the "Beyond The View" podcast while enjoying life with his dogs and girlfriend in Marietta, GA.

Justin understands the tough decision of leaving the comfort of having a job, salary, and benefits. With 4 dogs and his special lady at home, missing out on the fun experiences by spending time at work while his friends were off from work or on vacation and limited schedule flexibility finally became enough.

After spending 3+ years coaching various CrossFit gyms or wellness centers in various sales and marketing roles, he made his way from a Intern to the Owner when he opened his own CrossFit gym in 2018. After being a gym owner for 6 years he realized this was not the life for him and for the family he plans to have.

He made the big jump and switched career fields from fitness to marketing, he used his skills in online marketing to grow his crossfit gym. Fell in love with data marketing and the impact it has on helping people. Justin’s online marketing skills are very unique because he depended on this skill to attract clients to his gym to flourish. Learned this skill through repetitions of testing for years. Having purpose and faith lead to many profitable campaigns. Launching an online advertising campaign for his own business prior to creating campaigns for businesses gives Justin a well-rounded perspective of the different options you have in marketing your own business.

He currently lives in Marietta, GA and enjoys playing with his dogs, traveling with his girlfriend Katie, recording episodes with people on his podcast, Beyond The View and learning more about marketing. After making the transition into marketing, he has had more time to enjoy all these aspects of life and enjoy helping others believe that you can get what you want. We become what we think about. Sruthi Vangavolu - Chief Designer

Sruthi is currently a senior at Northview High School. She loves painting and drawing, and in her free time you'll usually find her at the dance studio. She also is a big fan of binge watching TV, especially thriller movies and sitcoms. Sruthi is very passionate about learning new things and plans to major in Computer Science for her undergrad. One of her favorite things to do is spend quality time with family and friends, whether it's a cozy night in or a fun trip out. Sruthi has always embraced her artistic side since a young age and finds painting to be her creative outlet in stressful times. She's extremely outgoing and is always excited to meet a new face!
